5 East Terrace House: Martin Luther King Blvd. at Mill Street. Circa 1872 Italianate Villa architecture, furnished in Victorian style with original pieces. Tours Tu - Fr: 11a - 3p, sa & Su 2p - 5p, year round except Thanksgiving & Dec.
