Jacob's Review:  It's an old time village. They have real buildings from the cowboy times and there is a pond there too. They have little houses where you can go in, and a place you can look at all the old fashioned stuff!

Dad's Notes:  This is a village straight out of the 1890s! There are over 20 original buildings, with a cotton gin, a blacksmith shop, a livery stable, a hotel, a saloon, a church, a school, and the homes of landlord, sharecropper, and tenant farmers. Authentic Saloon, Cotton Gin, General Store and more. This village is available for tours and is really neat during special activities when there are role actors filling the positions as village folk!
There are a few other historic villages in the area - all worth seeing - but call ahead - going when they are fully staffed is a much richer experience for both parents and the kids! Check their web site for calendar of events, summer kids camp and crafts classes!
