Jacob's Review:  Rock climbing was fun cause you get to climb on hard rock, but it's not real ones and in the back there is this big boulder you can climb on. It's not a big boulder cause you can climb up and sit on it! I climbed the wall too, up to a yellow rock!

Dad's Notes:  This is the way to get into Rock Climbing - if you have never done it before or are an avid climber, this gym is a great experience! The staff is fun, laid back and very helpful to the beginner climbers. They can give you instruction and tips or if you prefer they offer a beginners class - call for times. This is a great family activity as kids of all ages can participate (kids tend to be great climbers even as young as 4-5 years old!).
Climbing is not particularly dangerous because you wear a harness and have a safety rope as you climb. An observation deck upstairs with couches and tables/chairs for taking a break, or for any non-climbers in group.
The staff is flexible with hours and prices to accommodate groups of all types, call for group rate info. Also a great way to build anyone's confidence - especially those with fears of heights (I think everyone has a fear of heights)!!! A warm, friendly and clean atmosphere - expect a lot of hands on help from staff and other climbers! Group rates, teen lock-ins, Corporate team building, Military Hail & Farewell's, Military First Team Time, Climbing instruction and private lessons also available.

Jacob Tip:   You don't need strong arms like you think, it is mostly the legs that you use to climb, so don't worry if you can't do a pull-up (I can't). Wear loose clothes. Bring a water bottle, towel and maybe a camera!
