Dad's Notes:
Take a walking guided tour of a beautiful exposed cave and crag landscape - complete with waterfalls. The three places listed here: Reimers Fishing Ranch, Hamilton Pool and West Cave Preserve are the most inspiring places I have seen in Texas, if you visit only one place out of this book - make it one of these three places!
Only a mile from Hamilton Pool and on the same road as Reimers fishing ranch and the local gun range. Tours are limited to only 30 people per tour, no reservations taken. Another of the great places along this section of river.

Drive Directions:
190W 28m to Lampasas, left 281S thru Burnet, thru Marble Falls 12 miles to Round Mountain, left on 962 125 miles on left, just prior to Hamilton Pool.

If you want to camp by here, you can go to Krause Springs, or at Lake Travis there is a lot of easy camping there, too.
