Jacob's Review:  Caves are like big huge tunnels, they lead you underground - Caves can have river, diamonds and you can gold mine in caves. Sometimes you can find bears in caves - but they just found bones in this one - they found a real Saber Tooth Lion skeleton in this cave!
You can see soda straws on the ceiling and you can see water in them, but don't touch the formations cause they could stop growing. Yeah, and they have gold panning there!

Dad's Notes:  The tour into this cave starts with a little train cart ride down into the cave, the cave is a comfortable walk. The cave is full of drippy formations and pools. The tour lasts about an hour and is pretty neat. Jacob likes the tour.
It is interesting to hear about how the highway department found the cave and you can see where the first person came down into the cave through a tiny hole. Also ask about all the things that were found in the cave! There is a gift shop and you can 'sluice for gems' back up on top.
