Jacob's Review:
You are in the desert and all the sudden there is real trees and then a nice mountain lake! You can camp, fish and even make bows & arrows, see animals and have fun!

Dad's Notes:

A neat lake, a pretty drive, and they even have a Marina! (Well they sell soda's and rent a row boat!) Crystal clear water and stocked trout fishing! There is also medium bass, sunfish and I hear catfish. This would be a nice lake to Kayak if you have one!

There is a boat ramp, although only very small (8hp or less) motors allowed. Small lake (125 Acres) about 85 ft deep on average - but beautiful with the crystal clear water, the mountains and trees.

Sierra Vista Shortest: Through post, out the back gate till the T turn left, 14 miles.
Sierra Vista Medium: North to Mustang Corners (in Huachuca City)left on Hiway 80, turn left on 83 - follow to Parker Lake.
Sierra Vista Long way (scenic): South on 92 to to Montezuma Canyon Rd. (There is a sign) over the pass into Parker Lake.
Jacob Tip:   Bring a fishing pole, and if there are grasshoppers by your house you can catch them before you go camping. Put them in a paper bag in the fridge - when they get cold they don't move around... but then in the water they swim and it is easy to catch a fish!
